Findings released for national strategic review into course duration

ASQA has published the findings of its national strategic review of issues relating to unduly short training. The report makes three broad recommendations to address the issues identified including:
- a clearer definition of the term 'amount of training'
- enhanced transparency & public disclosure of advertised training durations, and
- changes to the way course duration is regulated.

The full report can be viewed on the ASQA Website at www.asqa.gov.au
