Australian Street Aid Project – Chances House

Daytime homeless drop-in hub at 2 Endeavour Street, Mackay

Chances House offers meals, case management, healthcare assistance, storage lockers and essential items to people experiencing homelessness.  

Mackay Golf Club

Founded in 1925, the Mackay Golf Club started with a 9-hole course situated on the town common, which is now the Mackay Airport.  After moving to Mackay-Bucasia Road three years later, the exhibitions, championships and celebration of the 60 year Diamond Jubilee were just a few milestones held at the club.   

PIMS are Major sponsors since 2021, including the Festival of Golf which supports the Mackay community, Mackay businesses and the QLD PGA.

The Mackay Cutters are an Australian semi-professional rugby league club based in Mackay, North Queensland.

The Mackay Cutters are affiliated with Queensland Rugby League and are a pathway partner to the NRL’s North Queensland Cowboys. As a semi-professional sporting club it is their goal to develop NRL pathways for our players while also striving to be the most thrilling club in the Queensland Cup. PIMS are the Elite Sponsors of the Mackay Cutters.

Illawarra Steelers

The Illawarra District Rugby League Football Club Limited formed “The Steelers” to play rugby league in the major ARL competition in 1982. They played in that competition until 1998, before forming a joint-venture club in 1999 – known as the St George Illawarra Dragons. The Steelers now field Junior Representative teams for the SG Ball and Harold Matthews competitions annually, which PIMS is proud to sponsor.
